How do I update my company's information?
Ensure that you are logged into your account at http://owners.selfstorage.com/vendoradmin/adminlogin.asp
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
You will see all the fields that contain information relating to your listing (Company Name, Mailing Address, Phone, Email...). Update the fields with the new information.
When you are satified with your new infomation, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update Information" button.

How do I update my company's logo?
Ensure that you are logged into your account at http://owners.selfstorage.com/vendoradmin/adminlogin.asp
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
This page displays the current company logo. If you wish to change the logo click the "Browse" button. A dialog box will open where you can select the image to upload.
Select the image and hit the "Open" button.
The image name and path will appear in the text box below.
Hit the "Upload" button to send the image to your listing.

How do I update where my company shows up in the trade show?
Your company will show up under one or two categories in the trade show. To change categories, follow these steps.
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Select the desired category from the list.
Click the "Update" button. The new category will show up above this list.
To remove your company from a category, click the Delete link next to the category.

How do I upload photos with descriptive titles?
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Click the "Upload a New Image" link.
To select the desired image from your computer, click the "Browse" button. A dialog box will open where you can select the image to upload. Select the image and hit the "Open" button. The image name and path will appear in the text box below.
Enter a short description in the "Title" section.
The display order sets the order where this image will appear with your other images.
Hit the "Upload" button to send the image to your listing and web site.
To remove an image:
Click the folowing link
Click the "Delete" link next to the image you wish to remove.

How do I update my company's newsletter link?
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Click the "Add a Newsletter" link.
Enter the title of your newsletter in the Title box.
Enter the full URL, including http://, in the URL box.
Click the "Add Newsletter Link" button.
To remove a newsletter link:
Click the folowing link
Click the "Delete" link next to the newsletter link you wish to remove.

How do I update my company's catalogue link?
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Click the "Add a new Catalogue" link.
Enter the title of your catalogue in the Title box.
Enter the full URL, including http://, in the URL box.
Click the "Add Link" button.
To remove a catalogue link:
Click the folowing link
Click the "Delete" link next to the catalogue link you wish to remove.

How do I add a video?
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Click the "Add a New Video" link.
Select a category for the video.
Add a title.
Verify the correct date.
If needed, set the display order. Videos display in descending order by the date added. Use the order box only to reorder videos with the same upload date.
Add descriptive text for the video.
Add the YouTube URL. Your URL will look something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxxuzbbulgI
Click the "Add/Update" button. Your video will show up on your vendor listing page and in the video category page.
To delete a video
Locate the video you wish to delete.
Click the "Delete" link under that video.
Return to top of page.
How do I update where a video shows up in the trade show?
Log into the Vendor Admin section.
On the Admin Home Page, locate and click the folowing link
Locate the video you wish to update.
Click the "Categories" link under that video.
Select the desired category from the list.
Click the "Add Video to This Category" button. The new category will show up above this list.
To remove the video from a category, click the Delete link next to the category.
